I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my order that I received today. I can't remember the lady's name, but she was very helpful to me a few weeks back, when I was trying to find a new color in the Microspun line. It was a silver grey color, and I worked it up into a shell-style capelet that I crocheted for my grandmother. Here are a few pics of it, since she asked me what I was going to make with it.

I received the rest of my yarn order yesterday and wanted to say thanks for all of your help.
I had bought yarn at Wal-Mart last Spring to make my socks and really liked the color and the wool/acrylic factor. I had used most of my last skein thinking that I could go back to Wal-Mart and find it. Our Wal-Mart is undergoing changes and they have not restocked a lot of their yarn. I went on line as a last ditch effort to find this yarn. It was a gamble because I didn't have the skein sleeve to go by, so I basically just guessed at the name (I vaguely remembered it had a picture of sheep on it) and color (from you color chart). I don't remember how I was directed to your site, just thankful that I was. I am absolutely amazed by the fact that it is the exact same yarn, where I ran out and started again on my sock....I can't tell the yarn apart. You have helped make a lot of "friends" happy, especially since we have had a very long and cold winter.Thanks for having such a helpful web site!

Hi ....thanks for getting back to me so quickly regarding my email....It was the 'continue' button that would take me to the checkout that would not work....but for some reason IT DID work this morning!....who knows when it comes to computer glitches!....anyway, I WAS ABLE to submit my order and I have already received the email back from you verifying my order so everything is working now and I happily await my delivery.....
I was reading your FAQ page and noticed where you answered someone: "can you really have too much yarn?".....my answer to that is the same as yours: "NO!"....as is attested to by the fact that having no room to store my yarn I was forced to put up shelves 15 feet long by 7 feet tall that cover one whole wall of my bedroom--and it is crammed full and all the yarn is color coordinated (as I am a graphic designer along with being an energy/color healer).....so I go to bed at night with all the colors of the rainbow around me....a good feeling I must say!!!!....again, thanks for the quick response....much joy to you, warm regards,
